What is Orientation?
Orientation is a fun and informative way of preparing you for uni. Your attendance is essential for you to make the best possible start when the teaching weeks begin.
Orientation runs over two weeks. The first week, Prep Week, is designed for international students, whilst the second week, O-Week, is for both international and local students.
Why should I attend Orientation?
Prep and O-Week are designed to help you make the best start at Curtin. They are a great way to help familiarize yourself with the campus, meet other students, talk to teaching staff, locate classrooms, learn about the library, discover Curtin's social and community networks and much, much more. Feedback from students who attended Orientation in Semester One shows that they found it immensely useful.
